You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TalkyHunt. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use TalkyHunt, and we may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
TalkyHunt connects users for live random video and text conversations with other users, along with optional messaging, following, and premium features. You are matched with other real users of the service; we do not guarantee the identity, age, or intentions of anyone you are matched with, and you interact with other users at your own risk.
You sign in using a supported third-party account (for example Google, Facebook, or Instagram). You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity under your TalkyHunt account. Tell us immediately at support@talkyhunt.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We use a combination of automated detection, user reports, and human review to enforce these rules. Violations can result in a warning, temporary restriction, or permanent ban, at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
You can report or block another user directly from the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team (or, for automated flags, actioned according to our moderation policy) and may result in account restrictions for the reported user. Submitting a report you know to be false is itself a violation of these Terms.
TalkyHunt offers optional paid subscription tiers (currently Basic, Premium, and Ultimate) that unlock additional features such as gender filtering, nearby matching, and unlimited follows. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain ownership of the messages, images, and other content you send through TalkyHunt. By sending content through the service you give us permission to store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the product (for example, delivering direct messages to their recipient). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating and moderating the service without telling you.
You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you've violated these Terms, applicable law, or if required to do so by law enforcement or a regulator.
TalkyHunt is provided "as is." We do not vet the identity, age, or background of users before matching, and we cannot guarantee that other users will behave appropriately or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use TalkyHunt, and any information you choose to share with people you meet on it, at your own risk.
