Community Guidelines

Last updated: [INSERT DATE]

TalkyHunt connects you with strangers for live conversation. These guidelines exist to keep that experience safe, and they apply to every conversation, message, and profile on the platform. They work alongside our Terms of Service.

The rules

1. Be respectful. No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or targeting someone for their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
2. No nudity or sexual content. This includes flashing, sexual behavior on camera, and sending sexual images or text to someone who hasn't asked for them. TalkyHunt is an 18+ platform, but is not a platform for sexual content.
3. No spam or advertising. Don't use TalkyHunt to promote another account, product, service, or link, or to send the same message to many people.
4. No illegal activity. Don't use TalkyHunt to plan, solicit, or discuss anything illegal. This includes anything that endangers or sexualizes a minor, which we report to the relevant authorities.
5. Protect your own privacy. Don't share personal information like your home address, phone number, financial details, or passwords — your own or anyone else's.
6. Follow moderator instructions. If a moderator asks you to stop something, stop. Ignoring moderation is treated as an escalation, not a first offense.

How enforcement works

We use a mix of automated detection (including on-device video safety scanning — see our Privacy Policy), user reports, and human review. Depending on severity, a violation can lead to:

Accounts that accumulate multiple confirmed violations in a short period may be automatically restricted pending human review, even before a moderator looks at the case individually.

Reporting someone

You can report or block anyone directly from an active call, a message thread, or your match history. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Please only report genuine violations — knowingly filing false reports is itself a violation of these guidelines.
